4. Hosting and Server Log Files

Our website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH. Server location: DE Nuremberg.
Server Log Files
Each time our website is accessed, the web server automatically records so-called server log files. These contain:
- IP address of the requesting computer (anonymized where applicable)
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the retrieved file
- Amount of data transferred
- Access status (HTTP status code)
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in ensuring the smooth operation of our website as well as detecting and defending against attacks. The log files are deleted after no more than 14 days, unless further retention is required for evidentiary purposes.
5. Cookies and Session
This website uses the following technically necessary cookies:
- Session cookie (Laravel): Required for the proper operation of the website (e.g. CSRF protection for forms). Contains no personal data. Deleted after the end of the session.
- Locale cookie: Stores your selected language setting so that the website is displayed in the correct language on your next visit. Duration: 1 year.
Since exclusively technically necessary cookies are used, no consent is required pursuant to Section 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG (formerly TTDSG). A cookie banner is therefore not necessary.

When you contact us via the contact form, the following data is collected:

- Company (optional)
- Your message
Purpose: Processing your contact request and, if applicable, initiating a business relationship.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
Retention period: The data will be deleted as soon as the inquiry has been finally processed, unless statutory retention periods preclude this.
7. Email Contact
If you contact us by email, your information, including the contact details you provide, will be stored with us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

8. No External Services
We do not use any external services on this website. In detail:
- Fonts: All fonts are loaded locally from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or other external font services takes place.
- Analytics/Tracking: We do not use any analytics or tracking services (no Google Analytics, Matomo or comparable tools).
- Social Plugins: No social media plugins or buttons are integrated that transmit data to third parties.
- CDNs: We do not use any content delivery networks. All resources are delivered directly from our server.
- Embedded Content: No iFrames or embedded content from third-party providers are used.
9. SSL/TLS Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address bar of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock icon in your browser bar.
If SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
10. Data Subject Rights
You have the following rights with respect to the personal data concerning you:
